Information we collect

We keep it simple. This website has no sign-up forms and no accounts, and we don't collect payment information here. If you call us or message us on social media, we see the contact info you share. That's it.

Online ordering & delivery

Online orders are handled by Toast, and delivery by DoorDash — both are separate companies with their own privacy policies. When you place an order through their sites, the information you enter goes to them, not to this website.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics of any kind, and it doesn't set cookies of its own. No hidden pixels, no ad retargeting. Two outside services load on some pages: the music player on our homepage is Spotify's, which may set its own cookies under Spotify's privacy policy, and our fonts come from Google Fonts.

How we use your information

If you call or message us, we use what you share to answer you, nothing else. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing.

Third-party links

We link out to Facebook, Instagram, X, Google Maps, Toast, DoorDash, and Spotify. Once you leave cbgfenton.com, those companies' own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Children's privacy

Our website is a restaurant site intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
