  • Brussels Tacos 

    Fried brussels, sweet chili glaze, pickled onion, goat cheese, avocado, and mozzarella cheese blend. Served on white corn tortillas.

     

    CBG Baked Mac 

    Select five-cheese blend, cavatappi pasta, house braised pork, bacon and panko bread crumbs. Topped with tangy house barbecue.

     

    Chili Glazed Shrimp 

    Five panko crusted shrimp, sweet chili glaze, pickled onions, fresh scallions, and sesame seeds.

     

    Party Poutine 

    Rosemary fries, Wisconsin cheese curds, jalapeno gravy, fresh scallions. Sub sweet potato fries $2.

    Baked creamy feta cucumber mousse, grilled pita.
